What to write about

You want a plan

Tell us the feature type, the provider and model, roughly how many requests a month, and whatever eval setup you have now. Those four things are enough for us to say what it would cost and how long the baseline would take.

You are not sure how your product splits into features

Write what the product does and we will say how we would count it, before you buy anything. A feature is one AI capability with its own prompt or pipeline and its own golden dataset, and that line is not always obvious from outside.

A provider announced something and it is not in the log

Send us the provider's own link. If it is on the provider's domain and it touches a model family we track, it goes in, and customers running that model get a rerun within 2 business days of the announcement.

Something on this site is wrong

Every number here carries an id on the evidence page with the URL and the date we read it. If a source has moved, changed or never said what we claim, tell us and we will correct the page or cut the claim.

Is there a form?
No. Email only. The links on this site open your own mail client with the subject filled in and, where it helps, a short template in the body. Nothing on this site collects anything from you.
How fast do you reply?
Within 24 hours on business days, from a person.
Will I get a sales sequence?
No. We do not run a mailing list and we do not add you to one. Your address is used to answer you and to quote the work, and enquiry email is deleted after 24 months.
Can we talk before we buy?
Yes. Say so in the email. It helps if you have read the methodology first, because the useful version of that call is about your feature rather than about us.
